How long will it take to give me a decision.
We are able to give you a decision in principle over the phone. You do not need the exact details of the property you are buying in order for us to do this. The decision in principle will be based on how much you want to / can afford to borrow, and the approximate value of the property you are looking to purchase (or your existing property value, in the case of Re-mortgages)
How long will it take to process my mortgage ?
This can vary depending on the lender approval process, your personal circumstances, and how quickly you can provide any information and/or proofs requested.
We always aim to complete you mortgage in 4 weeks, however, the time scale can be slightly longer due to factors which slow it down.
How often should I change my mortgage ?
It is often a good idea to have a mortgage review as you become near to the end of you discounted, fixed rate, etc mortgage.
